HOW TO REGISTER
There are two ways to register for Total Performance Camps:
1. Online with your credit card using the Register Online link on the side of this page.
2. Through the mail with a check or money order - Please download the PAPER APPLICATION, or request those registration materials by calling 773-904-7976 ( A paper application MUST be attached when mailing a check or money order)
AFTER REGISTRATION PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE APPROPRIATE CAMP NEWSLETTER (medical forms will print with the camp Newsletter) FROM THE FORMS PAGE.
Payment: Either the full tuition payment or a minimum deposit of $250 is due upon registering for the camp. Final tuition payments (beyond the $250 deposit) are due May 15th and will be processed using the same credit card as the initial $250 deposit.
CAMP DISCOUNTS - 2012
Team Discounts
Team Discounts are now being offered to teams looking to send a group of swimmers to our camps. Swimmers can go to any of our camps at any of our locations, but must be from the same team. Discounts will be $35 per camper for teams sending six to nine individuals, and $50 per camper for any team sending 10 or more swimmers.
To get started in applying for this discount, fill out the team application form and send it back to our camp administrator Sarah Holcomb at sholcomb@tpscamps.com or to our camp address at 620 W. Waveland Ave. #3E, Chicago, IL 60613. All applications for this discount must be turned in by April 15th to be considered. Once the application is approved, individuals listed on the application may register for the camp through our camp website as normally done.
The full $250 deposit will be required initially upon registration, and the discount will come off the balance of the camp tuition once everyone from your team has registered. Team discounts may not be combined with any other discount. Only one discount per camper.
Returning Camper Discount
Returning campers qualify for a $15 discount off of 2012 fees when registering before May 1. Returning Camper Discount may not be combined with any other camp discount. To get this discount use the following code when registering: 2012return
Free T-Shirt
If camp fees are paid in full by March 1st, campers will receive a free College Swimming T-Shirt of the institution attending.
PRIVACY POLICY
When you make a purchase using a credit card, we collect your name, your billing address for the card, the card type, number, and expiration date. We collect this information in order to bill you for your purchase.
The security of your personal information is very important to us. In our efforts to protect your online transactions, we use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). If your browser is capable of SSL (and most are), your personal information will be automatically encrypted, or encoded, before it is sent over the Internet. Total Performance Sports Camps has also obtained a digital certificate from Equifax, a leading provider of Internet trust services. When you enter a secure portion of our site (which is any page containing any of your personal information), an image of a closed lock or a solid key should appear in the bottom bar of your browser window. This certificate guarantees that your personal information is being transmitted in secure (encrypted) form to our Web server, not to some unknown or unauthorized server.
We value your trust very highly, and pledge to you, our customer, that we will work to protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us and that your personal information will only be used as set forth in this Policy. This includes your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit-card information, in addition to any other personal information that can be linked to you, personally.
We do not and will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. You have the right to control your personal information as you see fit. We collect only the personal information you allow us to collect, and then it is used only to help us serve you better.
