2012 Elite Sprint Camp Date Announced at Colgate University

Total Performance is pleased to announce that Colgate University and head coach Fernando Canales will be again hosting an Elite Sprint Camp at their beautiful Hamilton, New York campus.
The camp, hosted June 18-22, offers a unique camp experience designed specifically for sprinters. This highly-technical, five day, overnight training program for campers ages 13-18, introduces participants to the most up-to-date and proven methods for developing speed and power. Elite Camp staff will introduce training drills, dryland exercies, and powerful classroom sessions aimed towards developing techniques to maximize potential by helping individuals adjust to the dynamics of fast swimming.
Camp staff will include former Olympian and now Colgate University head coach, Fernando Canales and his assistant Derick Roe, a former U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier in the 50-yard Freestyle.
