| January 15, 2012Happy New Year from Total Performance Sports Camps! We hope that your swim season has been everything you have hoped for, including great individual or team successes! As the calendar page flips to 2012, camp season is going to be just around the corner before we know it.
Until then, we thought that we would share with you some video of drills that we have recovered from our "vault" from 10 years ago. There are 8 videos detailing drills that you can pull ideas from all four of the competitive strokes. We hope you enjoy!
